How to Play

You will be given a budget of a 100 million dollars

Within the budget, you have to pick your squad for the season. Squad of 15 - 2 Goalkeepers, 5 Defenders, 5 Midfielders and 5 Forwards. You can choose your own formations, and all is done

You will obviously have a first 11 and 4 subs. in case any of your players from the starting 11 do not play on any given day either due to injury or if they are not picked in the final 11, then the sub who plays in the same position will be automatically upgraded to the first 11.

In case you are not happy with one of your players, or someone gets injured, you have 30 transfers available to bring in a new player to replace the under performer.

 

Scoring

• Games Played = 1 point
• Play 60 Minutes = 2 points
• Defender/Goalkeeper Goal = 8 points
• Midfielder Goal = 6 points
• Forward Goal = 4 points
• Assist* = 3 points
• Defender/Goalkeeper Clean Sheet = 4 points
• Midfielder Clean Sheet = 1 point
• Saves = 1 point per 3 saves
• Penalty Save = 5 points
• Penalty Shot Miss = -3 points
• Goals Conceded by Goalkeeper/Defender = -1 point per 2 goals
• Yellow Card** = -1 point
• Red Card** = -3 points
• Own Goal = -3 points

As all of you know, segment two of the fantasy league starts January 7th and ends on May 12th. The top 3 players of our group for the second segment are going to be rewarded handsomely

1st position in the league - Apparel of your favorite football club

2nd position in the league - Merchandise of your favorite club

And for the player coming third the forum is giving away a football

So everyone be active, get the hang of it in segment one. The real fight begins come segment two

One more thing. Segment one is already about to finish. For our mini league, we will start the competition from segment two. Which starts in Jan. So if you create your team now, you get around 4 games that is left in segment 1 to get a hang of things.
