    Bajirao Mastani got benefit of the Christmas holiday as it showed growth of 20% from the previous day and the business of the film will be in the 12.50 crore nett range. The collections on day eight will be in the same range as collections on day one due to the holiday. The total is also in the same range as the Bajrangi Bhaijaan day eight figures but it was not a holiday for that film. The 12.75 crore nett by Bajrangi Bhaijaan was the highest day eight total this year and Bajirao Mastani can challenge it when final numbers come in the morning.



    Dilwale was flat as it grossed 7.50 crore nett on its eighth day which is slightly lower than yesterday. Dilwale also got benefit of the holiday but that was cancelled out by the loss of screens at multiplexes. The figure is pretty decent as the fall could have been huge as there was a heavy loss of screen time at most major multiplex chains.




    Dilwale has crosssed 100 crore nett mark in eight days with a total of around 104.50 crore nett while Bajirao Mastani is closing on in on Dilwale and the 100 crore nett mark with collections of around 96.50 crore nett.

    Dilwale grossed 20 crore nett plus in its second weekend. The drop is 68% which is a normal drop but not in this case as it was a holiday weekend and also the first week was not a typical release due to clash so less business done. The business of Dilwale in its second weekend is as follows.



    Friday - 7,50,00,000

    Saturday - 6,00,00,000

    Sunday - 7,25,00,000



    TOTAL - 20,25,00,000




    The drop for Bajirao Mastani was just 25% so in comparison its a big drop for Dilwale. The business of the film in ten days is 115.75 crore nett. .

    Friday - 7,50,00,000

    Saturday - 6,00,00,000

    Sunday - 7,25,00,000

    Monday - 3,00,00,000 apprx



    TOTAL - 23,25,00,000




    The second weekend is heading for a 30 crore nett total which will be the fourth highest second week of the year. The total after eleven days is 118.50 crore nett. The lifetime business of the film is looking around 135 crore nett.
