Vijay 60 being directed by Bharathan is proceeding as per the plan. The film featuring Vijay and Keerthy Suresh in the leads is produced by Vijaya Productions.


The unit was shooting at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad for some time. The latest update we have on the shooting sector is that 40% of the filming is done with. The next schedule is expected to begin from 8th July and is said to go on till the 27th July continuously with just Sundays alone as off days. The unit is reported to can their sequences in a college type of set-up.


The film also features Jagapathy Babu, Daniel Balaji, Harish Uthaman and others.

Vijay 60 being directed by Bharathan is steadily progressing. The film features Keerthy Suresh as the heroine with Jagapathy Babu, Daniel Balaji, Satish and others. The film is said to be getting ready for a Pongal 2017 release.



Vijay 60 produced by Vijaya Studios is yet to be titled and sources suggest that it could be named as Enga Veettu Pillai. Initially, there were talks that the story of Vijay 60 is that of the legendary MGR starrer of the 1965 film but later this was denied by the crew.



It is also interesting to note that Enga Veettu Pillai was produced by Vijay Productions under the name of Vijaya Combines then. Therefore the possibility of Vijay 60 being titled as Enga Veettu Pillai is quite decent.



On the other hand, the title Enga Veettu Pillai is very apt for Vijay who is considered by many as their own son. Therefore, will the makers finalize on this title? Stay tuned and we will update!
