The Mr. Perfectionist, Aamir Khan, is all set to enter a new 'space' in his filmy career as the actor, is all set to play the role of astronaut Rakesh Sharma in his next. This would be Bollywood's first ever space movie and Aamir Khan, would leave no stone unturned with this one. Astronaut Rakesh Sharma, was an Indian Air Force pilot, and went on to become a part of the space programme in ISRO. Mr. Sharma, gave out a stellar response to the former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi who asked him "How does India look from space?" and he replied, "Saare Jahan Se Achcha".
Aamir Khan's unconventional choice of films has created a niche image of the actor in the fraternity. People have been curious to understand how the actor has been working for cinema for over such a long period of time. Aamir, who has often visited colleges as a guest speaker, has been frequently presented with queries from young budding students, who are keen to work for the cinema industry requesting if they could get the required training and schooling from the actor himself. And now, Aamir has now decided to train two students every year, who could literally get an opportunity to be the actors' shadow which would help them absorb the workings of cinema. These students would be under the learning stage full time and this process would not be less then interning at any place. Aamir is very keen that the students join him for all his shoots, his meetings, his reading sessions, his rehearsals and all that goes behind working for the industry of cinema. Starting from now, Aamir's first two students have already joined the actor and have started the work on the job. Fatima Sana Shaikh (who would be playing the character of Geeta Phogat) and Sanya Malhotra (who would be playing the character of Babita Kumari in the upcoming film Dangal) are the actor's first two students. These students will be exposed to everything that the actor does. Starting from now, Aamir would train them personally till March next year. The spokesperson confirmed the same and added, "Aamir personally wants to pass on his working experiences of past and is keen to share and motivate the next generation of talent. He would train two students every year". Following this, Aamir would then have the next two students who would again have the same pattern of learning. The actor has decided to train 2 students every year and pass on all his experiences of working and give them all kind of knowledge, suggestions etc. that one would require.
Rajkumar Hirani’s upcoming biopic on Sanjay Dutt is making scintillating news currently. The movie has Ranbir Kapoor getting into the shoes of Sanjay Dutt. Reports stating that none other than Aamir Khan has been approached for playing the role of Sunil Dutt, Sanjay’s father. This will be the second time Ranbir and Aamir will be seen together on screen after PK. It is a known fact that Aamir Khan is a very close friend of Sanjay Dutt, and hence very likely be keen to accept the role. How apt would such a casting call be, is being debated, since Aamir bears very minimal resemblance to Sunil Dutt. Nevertheless, the actor who’s currently busy with Dangal, joining Ranbir is so much excitement to wait for confirmations.
