AAA director Adhik Ravichandran made a striking announcement a while back through his Twitter handle. He says, out of the three characters that Simbu plays, one of them happens to of that of a 60 year old role called Ashwin Thatha. Adhik also revealed that Simbu has gained weight only for this character.

“Character name #AshwinThatha 1st time ever @iam_str plays 60yr old.secret of weight gain n tnx 4 undergoin d pain fr dis role anna #Sirappu”

It must be that Adhik had earlier disclosed the details of Simbu’s other character named Madurai Michael.

Simbu’s Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangathavan directed by Trisha Illana Nayanthara director Adhik Ravichandran saw the release of its teaser today. The teaser is actually a promo of the badass character that is Madura Michael. What an introduction! Indeed. Seated on top of a Judge’s Ambassador car, Simbu lighting up his cigarette with a molotov cocktail is the most exciting way to intensify things!

STR looks sufficiently macho, catering well to his retro style. The teaser also showcases Mahat,VTV Ganesh and Shriya’s roles in the film. And the icing on the cake - Simbu’s latest antic - Sirappu! Overall, the teaser was just that! Sirrappu!!!
