Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has wrapped up the shoot of one of his upcoming films, directed by ‘English Vinglish’ director Gauri Shinde. The film stars Alia Bhatt in the lead.

“Wrapped up a film early morning today. Lost at Eden tonight. I think it’s time to bring on tomorrow….need some untouched new hours…” Shah Rukh Khan tweeted early on Tuesday morning.

The actor has a interesting line-up of upcoming films which, apart from the Gauri Shinde untitled film, includes Rahul Dholakia’s Raees, Aanand L Rai’s film where he reportedly plays a dwarf and a film with acclaimed directed Imtiaz Ali.

Interestingly, all his films, apart from Raees, are yet to be titled.

Talking about the Shinde film, SRK had earlier said “I should think it’s a proper role.. The film is a little different from my other Hindi films. Most of my scenes are with Alia so, I keep coming in. It’s not a hero-heroine type of a film. It’s a different slice-of-life kind of a film. It’s a different film for me because it’s not a typical ‘lead lead’ as such. I have shot for 49 days so, I must be having a good role”

Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma head to Europe in July for Imtiaz Ali's untitled next



Imtiaz Ali along with his team flew to Budapest to finalise locations for his next film starring Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma. However, it’s not just Budapest where the film will be shot.



Imtiaz will shoot across a minimum of five exotic locations in Europe. Says a source, “Imtiaz will take his film over five European countries. The film’s setup and locations will be such that the audiences will be thrilled to see it on the big screen. All the formalities regarding the shooting permission are underway and everything will be in order before the film goes on the floors.”



Shah Rukh, who had discussed this film with Imtiaz long before the latter’s Tamasha went on floors, had said at the time that he would be able to work on the project only after June. Meanhwile, Anushka is also wrapping up her home production. Once the shoot starts in July, both the actors will dedicate their time solely to this project before taking on any other work.
