It's known that Young Tiger NTR has signed a film with writer-turned-directorVakkantham Vamsi. The film was supposed to go on the floors sometime in the month of August. It was said that NTR will join the crew in September. The film is a Kalyan Ram production on the banner NTR Arts. It has turned out, however, that NTR has expressed a disliking for the present script as narrated by Vamsi. He is learnt to have asked him to change the line and prepare a new bound script. Vamsi has previously written three films for the Junior - Ashok (2006), Oosaravelli (2011), and Temper (2015). Kick, Yevadu and Race Gurram are two of the biggest hits he has delivered as a story-writer. After wrapping up Janata Garage, NTR is expected to rest for a few weeks before resuming shoot for Vamsi's film. Post this, he might do Puri Jagannadh's film. Of course, this is contingent on Vamsi completing his task on hand by the deadline.
NTR is currently busy with Janatha Garage which has Mohan Lal playing a pivotal role and so it can be expected that he will capture Mollywood as well. But what was unexpected is the Bollywood love. NTR’s film Dhammu was dubbed into Hindi and realeased on YouTube. Within a month of its release, the film gained 1crore views and is still continuing a good run. Although the Telugu version did not do great at the box office, Hindi speaking audience are accepting the movie in a never seen way before.
Mahesh Babu is busy giving interviews all over promoting his latest film Brahmotsavam. Speaking in an interview, Mahesh revealed some interesting facts and hailed young tiger NTR. On being asked as to who is the best dancer in Tollywood, Mahesh immediately said that NTR is the undoubtedly the best dancer in Telugu. This revelation by Mahesh has made NTR fans super happy and they are spreading the news like wild fire. Meanwhile, Brahmotsavam is ready for a release this Friday and is produced by PVP Cinema.
Young Tiger NTR is enjoying a resurgence in his career. The actor had a couple of lean years but he is now bouncing back strongly. After scoring back to back hits with ‘Temper’ and ‘Nannaku Prematho’, NTR is now all set to test his luck with ‘Janatha Garage’. On the eve of his birthday, NTR trended strongly on social media and totally dominated Twitter and Facebook. The hashtag “JanathaGarage1stLook” trended worldwide on Twitter with more than 40,000 Tweets and a few hours after that “HappyBirthdayNTR” started trending India wide on Twitter. Just as the clock struck 12, Kalyan Ram released NTR27 poster and the hashtag “NTR27” also trended instantly on social media, highlighting the craze NTR is currently enjoying. There was a time when NTR’s fans weren’t so strong on Twitter. But things have changed a lot now and these strong social media trends speak for themselves.
On the eve of Young Tiger NTR’s birthday, his brother Kalyan Ram formally announced the launch of his 27th film, in Vakkantham Vamsi’s direction. “Happy Birthday Nanna”, tweeted Kalyan Ram and released the posters of NTR27. Vakkantham Vamsi has been waiting for a long time to direct a movie with NTR and he has provided the script for a number of films in the past. Vakkantham penned the story for NTR and Puri Jagan’s ‘Temper’. The movie is going to have a launch in the second half of 2016 and Kalyan Ram will be producing it on NTR Arts banner. Other details about the movie are still not known.
In the year gone by, NTR proved beyond doubt that he is slowly becoming a perfectionist. As an actor with a huge potential, he has mesmerized with his sheer energy, gusto and intensity film after film over a career spanning more than 15 years. If in 'Adhi', 'Simhadri', 'Yamadonga', 'Rakhi' he was at his emotional best, in 'Brindavanam', he was that quintessential family man with an actioner's streak. In 'Adhurs', he delivered his career best comedy role striking gold with the great Brahmanandam. As an actor, NTR never stops to learn and evolve. If you had any doubt, you had better looked at his near-impeccable 'Nannaku Prematho' act. Thanks to Sukumar, NTR got to learn about the art of filmmaking better. As someone who gets into the skin of his character in a jiffy, NTR got emotionally connected to the script, pulling off an excellent act. Right from meticulous detailing (for example, batting an eyelid) to getting his diction right, NTR's studied prowess was on display. In the coming months, he is all set to show a new side to his acting in KoratalaSiva's 'Janata Garage'. Hopefully, this should shake the BO records. It's NTR's conviction that content-driven cinema is changing the industry. In an interview, he has opined that films like 'Srimanthudu', 'Manam', 'BhaleBhale Mogadivoy' doing great instils confidence. As for his dances, the talented and scintillating dancer looks forward to doing concept-driven songs (like 'Love Me Again' in 'Nannaku Prematho'). On the personal front, his little son Jr Young Tiger, better known as Abhay, is making him evolve day after day. As Samantha says, Abhay is his father's Xerox copy, complete with his father's pleasant face! NTR is that proud dad, that ever-evolving actor, that ever-so-humble human being who will hopefully challenge himself, experiment within the constraints and play a stellar role in changing the way industry churns out movies.
