കേരളക്കരയാകെ ഇളക്കിമറിക്കുന്ന പുലിമുരുകൻ തലസ്ഥാനത്തും റെക്കോർഡുകൾ പഴങ്കഥയാക്കുന്നു. ഒരു തിയറ്ററിൽ നിന്നു കുറഞ്ഞദിവസം കൊണ്ട് ഒരു കോടി കലക്ട് ചെയ്ത ചിത്രം, കോർപറേഷന് ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ ടാക്സ് നൽകിയ ചിത്രം, കൂടുതൽ ഹൗസ്ഫുൾ ഷോകൾ, സ്പെഷൽ ഷോകൾ, തുടങ്ങി പുലിവേട്ടയിൽ വഴിമാറിയ ചരിത്രങ്ങൾ ഏറെ. പ്രദർശനം തുടരുന്ന നാലു തിയറ്ററുകളിൽ നിന്നായി 15 ദിവസം കൊണ്ട് മൂന്ന് കോടിയോളം രൂപയാണു പുലിമുരുകൻ നേടിയത്.

ഇതിൽ ഏരീസ് പ്ലക്സിൽ നിന്നു മാത്രം ഒരു കോടി കലക്ട് ചെയ്തു. കൂടാതെ, 46 ലക്ഷം രൂപ കോർപറേഷനു നികുതിയിനത്തിൽ ലഭിച്ചു. ബാഹുബലിക്കു ശേഷം ഏരീസ് പ്ലക്സ് സിനിമാസിൽ നിന്നു വളരെ വേഗത്തിൽ ഒരു കോടിയിൽ എത്തിയ ചിത്രമെന്ന റെക്കോർഡാണു പുലി മുരുകൻ നേടിയത്. ഒരു കോടിയിൽ എത്താൻ ബാഹുബലി ഏരീസിൽ 24 ദിവസം എടുത്തപ്പോൾ, വെറും 15 ദിവസം കൊണ്ട് ഏരീസിൽ പുലി ഈ നേട്ടം കൊയ്തു.

ഇവിടെ നിന്നു മാത്രം പുലിമുരുകൻ കോർപറേഷനു നേടിക്കൊടുത്ത ടാക്സ് 20 ലക്ഷം രൂപ. ഏരീസ് പ്ലക്സിൽ ഇതുവരെ കളിച്ച മുഴുവൻ ഷോകളും ഫൗസ്ഫുള്ളായിരുന്നു. രാത്രിയുള്ള സ്പെഷൽഷോകളും നിറഞ്ഞു കാണികൾ എത്തുന്നുണ്ട്. അവധി ദിനങ്ങളായ ശനിയും ഞായറാഴ്ചയുമാണു സ്പെഷൽഷോകൾ നടത്തുന്നത്. എഴുപത് പുലിമുരുകൻ പ്രദർശനങ്ങളാണ് ഇതുവരെ ഏരീസ് പ്ലക്സിൽ നടന്നത്.

ചിത്രം പ്രദർശിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ന്യൂ, ശ്രീകുമാർ, ശ്രീവിശാഖ് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലും ചിത്രം ചരിത്രം വഴിമാറ്റി എഴുതി. ഈ മൂന്നു തിയറ്ററുകളിൽ നിന്നായി ഒരു കോടി 30 ലക്ഷം രൂപ പുലിമുരുകൻ 15 ദിവസം കൊണ്ടു നേടിക്കഴിഞ്ഞു. നാലു തിയറ്ററുകളിൽ നിന്നായി രണ്ടുകോടി മുപ്പതു ലക്ഷം രൂപയാണു കുറഞ്ഞ ദിവസത്തിൽ ഈ ചിത്രം നേടിയത്. ഇതും മറ്റൊരു റെക്കോർഡാണ്.

ടാക്സ് ഇനത്തിൽ ഈ തിയറ്ററുകളി‍ൽ നിന്നായി 26 ലക്ഷം രൂപ കോർപറേഷന്റെ കൈകളിൽ എത്തി. ശ്രീകുമാർ, ശ്രീവിശാഖ്, ന്യൂ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ 327 ഹൗസ്ഫുൾ ഷോകളാണു മുരുകൻ ഇതുവരെ കളിച്ചത്. ഇതും പുതിയ സംഭവമാണ്. അവധി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ന്യൂ തിയറ്ററിൽ നടത്തുന്ന സ്പെഷൽ ഷോകൾ ഇപ്പോഴും ഹൗസ്ഫുള്ളാണ്.

ശ്രീകുമാർ, ശ്രീവിശാഖ് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നു നേരത്തെ കോടി കിലുക്കം കാണിച്ചതു ദ്യശ്യം, പ്രേമം എന്നീ ചിത്രങ്ങളായിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ, നൂറിലധികം ദിവസങ്ങൾ എടുത്താണ് അവ കോടിയിലേക്ക് എത്തിയത്. അതാണു കുറഞ്ഞ ദിവസത്തിൽ പുലിമുരുകൻ മാറ്റിമറിച്ചത്.
