IS SIVAKARTHIKEYAN PLAYING A RJ?

From all the promotional posters and videos from Velaikkaran, right from the first look, we got an idea that Sivakarthikeyan would be playing a slum dweller who works in a corporate. But we have made certain assumptions about his character by following up with the other promotional videos like the Karuthavanlaam Galeejam song promo.

At the beginning of the song, we can hear words like 'radio,' and 'hello' followed by people cheering. In the recently released promo video, we can see Sivakarthikeyan in a small radio station kind of set up, and he is wearing a pair of headphones and is also wielding a mic. From this, can we assume that SK is even playing the role of a small-time radio jockey?
